OUR TEAM
JP Styles Teaching Salon is not a traditional salon — it’s a mentorship-driven training environment designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and a thriving career. Here, stylists don’t “assist.” They learn by doing. Every stylist who joins our team is a paid learner, working side-by-side with seasoned mentors on real clients, building confidence, developing skill, and growing a clientele from day one. Our mentors are experienced professionals who teach techniques, service flow, client communication, and the business side of the industry — because success requires more than passing a state exam. We believe education should happen behind the chair, not just in the classroom. Clients benefit from: • Quality services at community-friendly prices • Stylists trained in current trends and modern techniques • A meaningful experience where education and passion meet Stylists receive: • Paid, hands-on training (not unpaid assisting) • Residency-style mentorship, similar to a trades apprenticeship • Clear pathways for advancement and commission growth This salon is the pilot location for the Hands That Built America Foundation, proving that mentorship, craftsmanship, and community can rebuild careers — and rebuild small-town America. We’re not just doing hair. We’re building futures
